Our stay was a nightmare! The promotional materials were completely misleading. there was NO beach access as advertised. We were shocked to find outdated rooms with filthy foam mattress pads. Despite staying four nights, our rooms were NEVER cleaned!

The location was superb, with great dining options nearby and excellent snorkeling right behind. The pool was inviting and mostly empty, which was a nice touch to unwind after our days exploring. We also enjoyed a lovely day at Britannia Golf Course and Georgetown City Centre for the shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately, waking up early from dumpster noise outside was a hassle, especially after our late nights. It would have helped to have better soundproofing or a different room away from the noise. The beach access was a bit tricky too, requiring some walking.
